What is a Chakra Tuneup?
In this session, we concentrate solely on the seven primary chakras within the body: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. The session is designed to facilitate the release of any blocked energy, allowing it to flow through the body and be grounded back into the earth through the feet, resulting in a sense of relaxation and lightness for the client.
