What information we collect and How we use it.


If Any information is collected by Sudbury Reiki Clinic it generally falls into the Personal Identifiable Information refers to your medical history and specific information about you. This information given to us is to help us assist you with the best care if any information is provided. 


 When files are not in use, they are filed away and kept out of view and are accessible by only myself (Candice).


Sharing your information


We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise re-transmit any personal information we collect unless we have your permission to do so.


Any personal information you provide will only be used for treatment purposes.


From time to time we may be required to provide Personal information in response to court order, subpoena, or to insurance companies. We also reserve the rights to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.  


 

Cancellation Policy


When you book an appointment with Sudbury Reiki Clinic, we do our best to be ready and on time, and we respectfully ask the same of you. Please understand that a missed appointment prevents us from providing treatments to other clients.


We understand that there will be times when you need to cancel your appointment, However, Due to limited appointments available we have implemented a deposit policy to ensure that the limited number of appointments are filled.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due when booking your appointment. Without a deposit your appointment cannot be booked. An e-transfer can be sent to sudbury_reiki_clinic@outlook.com.


 If you are late to your appointment, there will be no discounts nor will your appointment extend to make up for the time you missed. In addition, you will be charged with the full amount of the treatment you booked.  If you do not show up for your appointment and you have purchased a package that appointment will not be carried forward nor will money be refunded for that missed appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment your deposit will be used as a no show fee and the full amount for a session must be paid for future appointments. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your scheduled time and date your deposit will carry forward to a future date (no money will be refunded).  If you cancel/reschedule your appointment  please ensure that you reschedule your appointment within a 3 month period, if not the deposit or full amount of the appointment will be lost. 3 package sessions must be used in a 5 month period, 5 package sessions must be used in a 8 month period. If not all remaining sessions will be lost and no money will be refunded.

We have ZERO tolerance for ANY verbal or physical abuse/harassment. We reserve the right to terminate the client/practitioner relationship in such case. We reserve the right to stop the treatment at anytime if this take place.  All sales/services/ packages are non-refundable.
