A One-of-a-Kind Journey to Heal, Strengthen, and Reclaim Your Womb Power

Hello beautiful soul,

I’m so excited to share with you something very close to my heart — Wombercise, a unique group session I created to help women reclaim their womb health, vitality, and deep feminine power. This is more than just a gentle workout; it’s a soulful, healing practice designed specifically for women who are struggling with womb issues — whether physical, emotional, or energetic.

My Personal Womb Healing Journey

Like many women, my own womb held decades of stored pain and trauma. Childhood experiences left deep imprints, and over time I struggled with menstrual pain, fertility challenges, and a sense of disconnection from my own body and feminine essence. It wasn’t until I embarked on my healing journey — exploring Reiki, energy work, sound therapy, and body movement — that I began to feel the gentle unlocking of tension and trauma from my womb space.

This process transformed not only my body but my spirit. I felt empowered, renewed, and finally connected with the sacred, creative power inside me. Inspired by this personal transformation, I created Wombercise — a nurturing, accessible, and powerful program that guides women to move, release, and heal together.

What Is Wombercise?

Wombercise is a gentle yet deeply effective movement and energy release session designed for your womb and pelvic floor health. It combines pelvic floor strengthening, womb trauma release, and emotional liberation through mindful movement — tailored to meet the unique needs of women on their healing journeys.

Group session involves:

  • Pelvic Floor Strengthening: Essential for reproductive health, core stability, and emotional grounding. A strong pelvic floor supports menstrual health, fertility, and childbirth recovery. Science shows that targeted exercises improve blood flow, nerve function, and muscular balance in the pelvic area.
  • Womb Trauma Release: Using gentle movements and breathwork, Wombercise helps release stored emotional and physical tension held in the womb and hips. Trauma and stress can cause the pelvic muscles to become tight and restrict energy flow, contributing to pain and emotional blocks.
  • Energetic Reconnection: Movement combined with mindful awareness and sound tools encourages the flow of vital energy (or prana) through the womb space. This boosts healing at the energetic level, allowing you to reconnect with your womb’s natural rhythms and power.

The Science Behind Wombercise

Modern research increasingly confirms what ancient traditions have known for centuries: the womb is an energetic and physical center of health for women. The pelvic floor muscles are directly linked to the nervous system, hormone regulation, and emotional well-being.

  • Studies show that pelvic floor exercises can reduce menstrual pain, improve fertility outcomes, and aid recovery after childbirth.
  • Trauma stored in the body, especially in the pelvic region, can cause chronic pain, emotional numbness, and reproductive issues. Techniques that combine movement, breath, and sound help release this trauma safely.
  • Sound therapy and vibration — which I integrate in my other healing modalities — stimulate the nervous system and promote relaxation and healing in the womb space.

Wombercise harnesses these findings and blends them with gentle, restorative movement designed uniquely for women’s bodies and womb health.

Why Wombercise Is So Important for Your Healing Journey

If you have experienced any of the following, Wombercise can be a vital part of your path to healing:

  • Chronic pelvic pain or menstrual cramps
  • Fertility challenges or hormonal imbalances
  • Emotional blocks, trauma, or disconnection from your feminine self
  • Stress and anxiety affecting your reproductive health
  • A desire to strengthen and honor your womb space

This is not just exercise — it’s a sacred practice of reconnecting, releasing, and reclaiming your womb’s voice. It is a gentle but powerful step to clear energetic blocks and restore balance, allowing your natural healing power to emerge.

I didn’t realize how ahead of its time womb healing truly was until I began offering it consistently—session after session, woman after woman, story after story. For the last year and a half, I’ve held space, guiding women back into their bodies, their feminine wisdom, and their sacred center… the womb. And something unexpected happened. As I began speaking more openly about my work, I quickly learned that most women had no idea how powerful their womb really is. Many didn’t know its emotional, energetic, or spiritual significance. Some had never been taught that this space holds memory, intuition, creativity, and profound healing potential. That’s when it hit me: Womb healing isn’t “new”—it’s simply resurfacing. It’s ancient. Sacred. And deeply needed in our world right now. The Womb: A Power Centre That Has Been Forgotten For generations, society has reduced the womb to biology—periods, pregnancy, or pain. But the womb is far more than an organ. It is: • A vessel of creation Not just physical creation—but the birthplace of ideas, intuition, passion, and purpose. Energetically, it’s where feminine creativity sparks into form. • A storehouse of emotions and memories The womb holds imprints from past relationships, trauma, ancestral stories, and unprocessed emotions. Many women carry decades of heaviness here without even realizing it. • A compass of intuition and inner truth When a woman reconnects with her womb, she reconnects with her deepest knowing. Decisions feel clearer. Boundaries become stronger. Her voice becomes empowered. • The anchor of feminine power A regulated, nourished womb strengthens a woman’s confidence, magnetism, self-love, and emotional resilience. The more I worked with women, the more I understood: We are living in a world that desperately needs women anchored in their womb wisdom again. Why Womb Healing Feels “Ahead of Its Time” When I first began offering womb healing, I felt like I was stepping into something powerful… but I didn’t fully grasp how uncharted this territory was for most women. I would say “womb healing” and watch their eyes widen. I would explain womb trauma, emotional imprints, or the womb–heart connection and hear, “Why has nobody ever told me this before?” That’s when I realized: Womb healing feels ahead of its time because we are only just remembering what our ancestors already knew. We are living in an era where women are waking up. Healing generational patterns. Breaking cycles. Seeking deeper connection, embodiment, and empowerment. Womb healing meets that collective awakening perfectly—yet many women have never been introduced to it. This work isn’t trendy. It isn’t a phase. It is ancient feminine medicine returning to a world that needs it. A Healed Womb Heals More Than Just One Woman Womb healing is not just a personal journey—it is a ripple effect. When a woman heals her womb… Her relationships shift. She parents differently. She sets new standards for love, safety, and self-worth. She feels grounded instead of overwhelmed. She begins creating—art, businesses, ideas, boundaries, dreams. Her energy changes, and so does her world. And when many women heal their wombs… Communities change. Families transform. Generational trauma ends. The collective feminine rises. The womb is not just powerful for a woman— it is powerful for the world. Holding This Medicine Has Been the Greatest Honor As a Womb Priestess, offering womb healing for the past year and a half has been one of the most profound experiences of my life. I’ve watched women cry in relief as they finally felt seen. I’ve watched years of emotional heaviness release. I’ve watched women reconnect with their inner child, their sensuality, their boundaries, their confidence, their intuition, their joy. And every single time, I am reminded: This work is sacred. This work is needed. This work is changing lives. Womb healing may feel ahead of its time, but truly— it is right on time for the women who are ready to rise. with love, Candice

Have you ever felt deeply connected to someone long after they’ve left your life? A former lover, a family member, a traumatic experience, or even a phase of your life that you’ve outgrown—but somehow, it still lingers in your body, your emotions, your energy?

Every woman carries within her a sacred space — her womb — a center of creation, intuition, emotion, and power. Yet for so many of us, this space becomes the storehouse for unspoken pain, suppressed emotions, ancestral trauma, and societal shame.
